The first thing the CF driver asked me was, how we were going to remove these Large crates, 600lbs total. He was concerned since he had a bad Back. I told him we were going to out smart them.. [Ed's idea with the broom handles.] We got the smaller box out of the way first, that was easy. Then, I used 3 broom handles and laid the 18' box on its side on top of them. It was very easy to roll the box as far as we could and then scoot the end of it close to the trucks edge. I didn't have a pallet, I used a 4' wooden ladder and wedged it under enough to raise it off the truck. He moved the truck and we just lifted the box so the ladder fell. I put the broom handles back under and rolled it where I wanted it. I then used a digging pick to lift the box so I could slide my ladder [Ladder is laying flat] under it. This put the side of the box about 8" off the floor. We simply tilted it up and were finished. The whole unloading took 15min, and he was driving away.

I then spent the next 3 [Enjoyable] hours removing endless screws from the boxes. Then I did a Inventory checking off all the parts in the included shipping bags. This also took me several hours. There were several parts I wasn't able to find, but I assumed they had already been welded, since I went for the Welded option. I called the Factory today just to confirm my suspicions..

My 6 year and 2 month Wait from when I first saw the Helicycle at Homers has now come to a End...... I can't wait to get started.
